Returns & Exchanges
At Mixed Roots, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags and packaging included.
- We do accept exchanges, provided that all items included in the original shipment are returned.
If you received a damaged item or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within the same 14-day period so we can assist you accordingly.
Pre-Orders & Shipping Time
Orders that are not marked as Pre-Order will be processed and shipped within 3 business days. Pre-order items may have different timelines, which will be clearly stated on the product page.
International Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping. International delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Please note that any customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
